Governing Law

Value Added Tax
All sums to the company shall be increased to apply tax according to

Ownership
The vehicle will remain the property of the company and the renter will
have no right to the vehicle other than as a hirer.
Duties of the Hirer
The person that rents the car during the continuance of the agreement
ensures that the vehicle is drive properly and safely by the driver. The driver
should have a valid license with them during the drive.
Concernment of the Hire
The hiring of the vehicle should be according to the date on which the
vehicle is delivered.
The details of the vehicles include the delivery time and acceptance of
the vehicle. The agreement shall be signed both by the customers and the
company.
Fees
The Hirer should be agreeing on the given payment of the car. If the
hirer does not return the car on the written time, he should have to pay
additional charges.
In addition to the rent charges, if the car undergoes any damage or
accident, the hirer is responsible for it and he must pay for it according to
the standards.
Use of Vehicle
The Hirer should use the vehicle only for the purpose for which the
vehicle is designed including domestic purpose, social purpose, and business
purpose, and not for additional purposes. Moreover, the hirer should not permit
the vehicle for the following purposes.
- Driving under the impact of drugs, alcohol, and other types of narcotic things.
- Transportation of dangerous or forbidden goods as well as other harmful things.
- For carrying things that might harm the car property.
- Transportation of animals including pets.
- Re-rental or use of the vehicle.
- For driving lessons.
- Following rallies or participating in competitions.
- For pushing another vehicle.
- For exceeding the weight load.
